iTea - quality tea!

In China this piece of tea ware is called “chahai” (“Sea of tea”). Chahai is a vessel into which the tea is poured from a teapot when it is brewed to the required degree. And from a chahai tea is poured into teacups. Moreover, the chahai performs several important functions — it prevents tea from overbrewing, allows everybody to enjoy the color of the brew, cools down the temperature. And if tea is poured into cups directly from the teapot the first person will get the upper part — the least brewed up and aromatic layer of tea, and the last one will get the bottom — the thickest and most concentrated fraction. The use of a chahai allows the even mixing of the tea and maintains justice, which is clearly explained by its second name — “Gong Dao Bei” (Bowl of Justice).
